30 Minute, 45 Minute, & 1 Hour Programs
We presently have 4 adventure packages to fit any schedule. Your students, campers, and scouts have the opportunity to observe and touch the majority of the animals. We have great success helping children overcome personal barriers by interacting one-on-one with the animals, and personally addressing their questions.
SCALY ENCOUNTERS – Reptiles
ENCOUNTER 1 – 30 MINUTES
We define what it means to be a reptile by discussing key characteristics and highlighting differences from other animals. Features habitat displays, visual aids and live animals including:

JUNGLE PACKAGE I – 30 MINUTES
We visit continents across the world to discuss the role that insects, amphibians, and reptiles play in the animal kingdom. Features habitat displays, visual aids and live animals including:

INTERESTING INVERTEBRATES – Insects & Arachnids
45 MINUTES
Explore the fascinating world of insects, arachnids, and diplopods. You will be surprised by the amazing diversity and adaptations that these creatures have developed to survive. Come face to face with a tarantula, cockroach or beetle larva and find out why their camouflage is so important. Animals may include:

AMAZING AMPHIBIANS
45 MINUTES
Available in spring, fall, and winter months only. Meet the first animals to walk on land. With their soft skin and delicate nature, they represent an incredible segment of the animal population. Swim, jump, crawl, and come face-to-face with some of the planet’s most sensitive creatures. Animals may include:

REPTILE ROUNDUP ASSEMBLY – Reptiles
(GROUPS OF 31-100)
1 Hour Performance
The overall content is the same as our classroom presentations, but due to the size and scale of the assembly audience, the level of hands on interaction with the animals is more limited. Select volunteers from the audience will have the opportunity to personally interact with the animals, plot the animal’s origin on a world map, and provide feedback to others about their discoveries. We adapt the content to various grade levels and lesson plans provided by educators. Our upbeat and exciting assembly programs showcases reptiles from around the world.
REPTILE ROUNDUP DELUXE ASSEMBLY – Reptiles
(GROUPS OF 101 OR MORE)
1 Hour Performance
For very large groups we provide the ultimate animal viewing experience. Our deluxe assembly package incorporates the use of audio/visual equipment to project our amazing creatures onto the big screen. Magnifying the animals’ special features is a fantastic way for even the shyest students to maintain their distance while having a face-to-face experience with some of the coolest species on the planet. The deluxe package can be selected for an assembly audience of any size, but is required for groups of 101 or more.
