DIET

They are omnivores, enjoying a diet which includes all kinds of fruits, bananas, mangos, papaya, kiwi . . . etc. and small insects.

LIFECYCLE

Females can lay clutches of 2 eggs every 25-35 days.  Their average lifespan is between 10-20 years.

INTERESTING FACTS

Their toes have setae and additional lamellae, which allow them to adhere to many surfaces. When shedding, they lick their skin to loosen it and you will seldom find their shed skin in their enclosure because they normally eat it.
